Overview

Sejiwa Coffee, situated on Jl. Kiputih in Bandung's Ciumbuleuit neighborhood, stands out as more than just a coffee shop—it's a carefully crafted experience. The open-air setting, punctuated by lush greenery, invites visitors to unwind in a space that feels both fresh and nostalgically warm. This balance creates the perfect haven for those seeking quiet reflection or casual conversation, making it especially appealing to remote workers, creatives, and coffee enthusiasts alike.

The brand’s menu showcases a thoughtful blend of comforting classics and inventive dishes. Signature beverages like the Es Kopi Jiwa and Flat White reflect a dedication to quality coffee craftsmanship, while selections such as the Long Black and Americano offer purist options that highlight the beans’ rich flavor profile. Beyond coffee, the food menu draws attention with enticing choices including Truffle Fries and Beef Stroganoff, dishes that strike a fine line between comfort and culinary creativity. Breakfast and brunch items like the Traditional Pancakes, Egg Benedict, and the indulgent Red Velvet Softcake further enrich the diverse offerings, catering to varied tastes throughout the day.

Customers repeatedly mention the welcoming atmosphere and accommodating service—the team’s openness to adjusting seating arrangements demonstrates a focus on guest comfort that enhances the overall visit. The outdoor space breathes life into the café’s character, though the absence of extensive indoor seating and occasional presence of mosquitoes are minor considerations depending on the weather. Nevertheless, the spacious garden environment cultivates a relaxed mood ideal for long stays, whether for working or leisure.

Sejiwa Coffee also thrives as a social destination where the environment blends soulful warmth with modern finesse. This duality resonates well with people who appreciate a café that functions as both a serene retreat and a lively gathering spot. Parking challenges during peak hours hint at its popularity, underscoring the café’s role as a significant player in Bandung’s vibrant culinary scene.

To sum up, Sejiwa Coffee in Kiputih offers a harmonious marriage of quality, atmosphere, and hospitality. The menu’s standout coffees and thoughtfully curated food items, combined with the inviting open-air space, create a destination that transcends the typical café visit. Whether you come for the rich coffee experience, the creative dishes, or the tranquil garden setting, Sejiwa Coffee delivers a consistently rewarding experience.

I recently revisited Sejiwa Coffee at Kiputih, and once again, it did not disappoint. This spot continues to stand out—not just as a café, but as a thoughtfully designed space that blends atmosphere, taste, and hospitality in a unique way. Here’s why I keep coming back: Ambience & Atmosphere The place evokes a sense of warm nostalgia, combining an old-world charm with modern freshness. It doesn’t feel like your typical coffee shop—it has a soulful character, perfect for quiet contemplation or casual gatherings. Whether you're there to relax or get some work done, the ambience supports both moods effortlessly. Food & Coffee Experience The menu is refreshing—definitely not your run-of-the-mill brunch selection. Their coffee is consistently excellent—a clear standout that reflects the brand’s strong identity. The potato skin dish deserves a special mention: it's not just a snack, it's an addiction. I order it every time, and it never misses. Overall, the food strikes a great balance between creativity and comfort. Service & Hospitality The staff is friendly and accommodating. During our last visit, we needed a work-friendly setup, and they let us lump several tables together with no fuss. Even though we stayed for quite some time, the team was respectful and welcoming—as long as we kept ordering (which we gladly did!).

A relaxing and quiet café in the Ciumbuleuit area, perfect for hanging out or taking a break. The place has a chill outdoor vibe with lots of greenery. I ordered the coffee and juice—both were nice and refreshing. The only downside is the lack of indoor seating, so it might not be ideal during rain or hot weather. But overall, a peaceful spot to enjoy some downtime.

First time here & it was a very pleasant visit. Came here for a cup of morning coffee, but ended up with a couple of all day breakfast menus . I ordered tradional pancakes, grilled cheese beef bacon, uncle omelette, truffle fries, healthy juuce, cafe latte, and picollo. Overall, food & beverages were very well served. The ambience was really nice, whereas we can enjoy the surroundings of lush greenery garden. The parking lot could be challenging during the peak hour. Be prepared.

Very comfortable space to sit and eat and amazing coffee! The staff were very friendly and helpful even with a language barrier. We sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed the calm music. We waited no longer than 20 minutes for our food and maybe 5 minutes for our drinks.

I had the egg benedict and honestly it was not what I expected. The sauce was too sweet for me and the texture is too runny. But other than that, it was a good dish. For dessert, their ricotta pancake is fluffy af. Tho I'm not a big fan of their ricotta cheese. Its very pretty to look at, really good dessert and shareable. Their ambiance is also really nice, plenty of outdoor options. Oh, they have a photobooth as well; which was very unique. You can take a photo for IDR 36.000! Super fun.
